Whenever an election of Chap- ter Officers takes place the chapter Secretary shall notify the SOC•ET¾'S Secretary of the outcome of such election giving the names, addresses, and business connections of the elected Officers. SEcTlos 10. One-third of the accumulated annual membership dues shall be turned over by the Soc•eT¾'s Treasurer to the Treasurer of each chapter in February of each year, but this provision shall not be retroactive with regard to the dues paid to the SOCi•T¾'S treasury prior to the establishment of the par- ticular chapter. This arrangement shall apply to the chapters in the United States, its territories and possessions, but not to chapters in foreign countries with whom special arrangements shall be made individ- ually.
