MAURER spoke on "Fragrance in the Natural Orders" at the March 15th meeting at the Royal Society of Arts. Mr. Maurer is one of the founding members of this Society and is to deliver a paper to the American Society of Perfumers in the near future. Arrangements were made for an exhibition of unusual laboratory ap- paratus and gadgets held on April 7th and was linked with a lecture given by Dr. Robert Marriott entitled, "Planning and Equipping a Cosmetic Laboratory."
